ARTISTS' WALK AND PERFORMANCE

Whose Common Now: A series of site specific performances by poet and performer Mark Gwynne Jones

STARTING IN HOLLAND PARK

A one day artist-led performance by Mark Gwynne Jones reflecting on the nature of our common spaces as places to reflect and even daydream…

Linking all four of the pavilion sites, this performative event will lead you from Holland Park, to Regents Park to Primrose Hill to Potters Fields Park on foot and public transport. Commissioned in partnership with The Art of Common Space a Gunpowder Park project.

To open a poetic dialogue, performer and poet Mark Gwynne Jones is inviting the public to text him their thoughts on the four Portavilion projects (Text: 07853 189 245). These reactions will form the focus of a series of new poems and four performances in which the poet’s muse and public’s views combine.

Approximate performance times for Saturday 6th September:
10am: Potters Fields Park
12pm: Regent's Park
2pm: Primrose Hill
4pm: Holland Park
